Payment Method

Thank you for shopping at Ranrans. To ensure transparency and a smooth checkout experience, we offer two payment flows on our website. All payments are securely processed through PayPal.


Payment Options & Checkout Flow

You may complete your purchase using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Add to Cart & Checkout

  1. Browse products and add items to your shopping cart.

  2. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.

  3. Enter or confirm your shipping information.

  4. Complete payment through PayPal.

Option 2: Direct PayPal Checkout on Product Page

For selected products, you may choose to complete your purchase directly from the product detail page using PayPal.

  1. Click the PayPal payment button on the product page.

  2. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete payment.

  3. Enter or confirm your shipping details on PayPal (if required).

  4. Once payment is completed, your order will be placed automatically.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization through PayPal.


Accepted Payment Method

Payment Processor: PayPal

All payments are processed via PayPal. PayPal supports payment using:

  • PayPal balance

  • Linked bank accounts

  • Credit or debit cards supported by PayPal

A PayPal account is not required. Subject to PayPal’s policies and availability, guest checkout using an eligible card may be supported.

At this time, we do not accept other standalone payment methods such as direct credit card checkout outside PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other digital wallets.


Payment Security

All payment transactions are handled through PayPal’s secure, encrypted system in compliance with industry security standards.

Ranrans does not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or bank information. All sensitive payment data is processed directly by PayPal.


Order Confirmation

After payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Ranrans. Your order will then enter processing.

Items added to the cart but not paid for are not reserved.


Payment Issues

Payment Declined
If your payment is declined, please verify that your PayPal account or linked payment method has sufficient funds and valid billing information.

Charged but Order Not Confirmed
If your PayPal account shows a charge but your order status appears unpaid, please contact PayPal to confirm the transaction, then email us at service@ranrans.com with the transaction ID.

Payment Confirmation Delay
In rare cases, confirmation may be delayed due to network or system processing. Please allow up to 15 minutes and refresh your order status before contacting support.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original PayPal payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Actual posting times depend on PayPal and your financial institution.
