Shipping Destinations

United States Only

Eligible Regions

  • The contiguous United States (48 states)

  • Hawaii

  • Alaska


Restricted & Non-Deliverable Areas

While we ship within the United States, delivery is not available to certain remote or restricted locations, including but not limited to:

  • U.S. territories and possessions (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands)

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • PO Boxes

  • Extremely remote or inaccessible areas where our carriers (USPS or FedEx) do not provide standard delivery service

If an order is placed with a shipping address that falls into one of the above categories, the order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • Processing includes order verification, product preparation, and handover to the carrier.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods, Fees & Delivery Times

All delivery timelines are estimated and calculated in business days, starting after the order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping (Only Available Shipping Method)

  • Contiguous United States
  • Hawaii
  • Alaska (excluding non-deliverable remote areas)

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $25 USD or more
  • $3.99 USD flat-rate shipping on orders below $25 USD

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Contiguous United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Hawaii & Alaska: 5–10 business days after shipment

Shipping carriers may include USPS or FedEx, depending on destination and operational availability.


Taxes & Duties
  • Orders shipped within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
  • Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout in accordance with state and local laws.
  • The total amount displayed at checkout is the final amount charged. No additional fees are required upon delivery.

Tracking Information
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • You may track your order via the link in the email or on the “Order Tracking” page on our website.

Delivery Notes
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shipping seasons.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue is caused by Ranrans (such as shipment errors or processing delays beyond the stated processing time).
