Return & Exchange Policy

At Ranrans, we want you to love your purchase. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

  • Item must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date you received your order.
  • Only eligible for return/exchange if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not the item you ordered.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (if any).
  • Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories that have been worn or show signs of use (hair, makeup residue, etc.) cannot be accepted for return unless they arrived defective or damaged.

Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable situations

  • Change of mind or preference (style, color, size perception, etc.)
  • Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or promotional discount (unless defective)
  • Missing original packaging or tags
  • Items that appear to have been used or worn

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order at service@ranrans.com.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue (especially for defective/damaged claims), and a brief explanation.
  3. We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address if approved.
  4. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method (we recommend keeping proof of postage).

Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or wrong item cases → We will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label when possible.
  • For any other situations (if accepted at our discretion) → Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection approval.
  • Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order is being returned due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.).

Exchanges

  • If you need an exchange (size/style/color), we will ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • All approvals are at the sole discretion of Ranrans.
